Unboxing and assembly were pretty straightforward if you just take your time and pay attention (especially pay attention to the bolt sets and know when to use the larger washers and lock washers. Also look ahead a step or two from the current step as sometimes there is more clarity as to what is being relayed in the current step/picture. Some steps would be easier with two people, but it is possible to assemble with just one person. One person assembly will likely take 3 to 3 1/2 hours total. It appears durable. Mine will probably fade as it gets full sun, but I expect it will service my children until they are 5-6 years old. I did purchase different swings (pictured) due to the age of my children They are currently 1 and 3.
